What does KOBE use instead of refined sugar?

Erythritol, allulose and monk fruit, three sugar substitutes with GI = 0, near-zero calories, and no impact on blood sugar. Note: since KOBE uses wholefood ingredients, some products may contain natural sugars from sources such as honey.

Are KOBE products suitable for people with diabetes?

Our current products have not been certified for Glycemic Index. Customers with diabetes should consult their doctor before consuming. KOBE is preparing GI lab certification for 2027.

Are the macros on the label accurate?

Yes. Maximum variance ±5%.

Are the products safe for people with allergies?

Allergens are clearly listed on each product label. Please check the label carefully before purchasing.

Ordering & Shipping

Where can I order KOBE?

Currently available on TikTok Shop, Grab Food, and Shopee Food (Ho Chi Minh City). Protein Cake ships nationwide via TikTok Shop. Chickpea Ice Cream is HCM only (cold-chain expansion coming).

How long does delivery take?

HCM (Grab/Shopee Food): 30 to 60 minutes. HCM (TikTok Shop): 1 to 2 days. Other provinces: 2 to 4 days depending on location.

What are the shipping fees?

HCM: platform rate (Grab/Shopee/TikTok). Other provinces (cake only): 30,000 VND per order, free shipping for orders over 500,000 VND.

Other

Does KOBE offer meal plans?

No. KOBE sells individual SKUs — cake, ice cream, snacks. Customers build their own meal plan around them.

Does KOBE accept bulk orders or B2B?
