Why switch. Three things you notice right away.

Swaps sugar 1:1

Measure it just like caster sugar. Coffee, baking, braising: swap it straight in with no need to recalculate a recipe.

No bitter aftertaste

Naturally sweet from monk fruit and stevia. It drops the bitterness and cooling sensation that many sugar-free sweeteners leave behind.

The sweetener kOBE cooks with

This is the jar we use in every kOBE dish. Now packaged for you to use at home.

What's inside. Five ingredients, each with a job.

Erythritol

The main sweet base. It adds bulk like sugar, is nearly calorie-free and does not spike blood sugar.

Allulose

A rare natural sugar that browns baked goods nicely and tastes the closest to cane sugar.

Monk fruit

Intensely sweet. Just a little lifts the sweetness and adds a natural sweet aroma.

Stevia

Extracted from stevia leaf. Strongly sweet, used in small amounts, with no added calories.

Inulin

A prebiotic fiber that feeds gut bacteria. This is a fiber, not a sweetener.

Most sugar-free sweeteners blend just two ingredients. This one blends five, adding allulose (the most sugar-like) and a little fiber, so it tastes closer to cane sugar and never harsh.
